UPDATE: Well we checked the time to get to the trailhead and the time to hike and the time to get back against when we were leaving and when we needed to get back, and we're putting the trip off until next week and instead, I'm going through photos from these last few trips and working on the KKWools site some more.

Between all the back and forth to Yampa, hubby back at work (maybe a permanent position soon ), the website updates for SREDC and KKWools (I have a ton of new yarns to add), and just my usual medical crap, I have been making myself crazy.

The art show ends on June 30th and my mom-in-law will be the one helping to take it down since I won't be back up in Yampa until late Thursday. The boys, hubby and I will be heading up then to spend Independence Day and Tiger's b-day up there. Unfortunately, my parents won't be able to come but that means the house will be guarded and the furry kids will be taken care of

We spent this last weekend up there too, hanging out at the Taste of South Routt on Saturday and celebrating hubby's b-day. I took tons of photos of everything at the ToSR and have been going through them for ones to include on the SREDC website as examples of what it's like. I even managed to get some artsy ones (in my opinion at least) of some of stuff that I'll post here when I get the chance. I should add that thanks to my being me... I didn't use sunscreen at the Taste of South Routt (yes, very dumb) and after 6 hours plus of running around and taking photos, I look like a boiled lobster.

Tomorrow, I hope to be up bright and early with the kiddos so we can head into Rocky Mountain National Park to do some hiking before we have to be at the dojo. (I was a 'buddy' at the dojo today... go ME!) Yes, I will be taking and USING the sunscreen.
